What Brings People to Counselling?

I offer counselling in Huddersfield and online therapy to support people facing a wide range of challenges. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself. Here are some of the issues I help clients work through:

  • Depression, low self-esteem, and confidence issues
  • Rape, sexual abuse, and domestic violence
  • Anxiety, anger, trauma, and lack of motivation
  • Relationship challenges, affairs, or mid-life changes
  • Military life transitions — including deployment, trauma, or resettlement
  • Bereavement, grief, loss, miscarriage, or stillbirth
  • Eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse
